20% of whatever your referred clients pay Basecare, for as long as they remain members. Core is free to join and carries no membership fee, so commission accrues once a referred client is on Premier or makes a paid purchase.

No. Clinical care, prescribing, and fulfillment run through Basecare's clinical partner, Altro Health, and its network of licensed clinicians. Your business never touches medication, diagnoses, or PHI.

Commissions are calculated on what your referred clients pay each month and paid out monthly once your application is approved and your payout details are on file.

No. Applying and referring clients is free. There's no minimum client volume and no exclusivity requirement.

Commission is only paid on active membership payments, so it stops when they stop paying. There's no clawback on commission you've already earned for past payments.
