Care is delivered by Altro Health

Basecare doesn't employ clinicians or practice medicine. Altro Health, a LegitScript-certified telehealth provider, and its licensed clinicians handle every clinical decision.
Not a pharmacy

Fulfillment via licensed pharmacies

Prescriptions, when issued, are filled by US-licensed partner pharmacies, not by Basecare.

Core is free with no monthly fee. Premier is $29.99/mo and unlocks member pricing across the whole partner network. Either way, joining takes about two minutes.

Altro Health delivers the care

A board-certified, licensed clinician from our clinical partner Altro Health reviews your intake and determines what, if anything, is clinically appropriate.

You pay the member price

If something is prescribed, it's billed at your member rate, always shown before you're charged. Basecare never marks up or touches the clinical decision.

No. Basecare is not an insurance product, pharmacy, or medical provider. It's a membership that unlocks discounted, member-only pricing on care delivered by our clinical partners. There are no claims, deductibles, or provider networks.

Basecare is operated by Basecare Health Co. Clinical services are provided by Altro Health and its network of independent, licensed clinicians; medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate.

If a Premier member's year-one savings don't beat the membership fees they paid, Basecare credits the difference back. It's a check on our own math, not just a marketing claim.
