Yes. Altro Health is LegitScript-certified, the standard used to verify legitimate online pharmacies and telehealth providers. Its clinicians are board-certified and state-licensed. Altro Health was formerly known as Lyv Health and rebranded in 2026 — same company, same team, same certification.

Basecare is a membership and pricing layer, not a medical practice. Partnering with an established, licensed telehealth provider like Altro Health means clinical decisions stay independent of the membership business, and Basecare's job stays focused on negotiating and passing through member pricing.

Basecare members get access to Altro Health's care at Basecare's negotiated member pricing, tied to a Basecare membership (Core or Premier). Pricing outside that membership relationship isn't something Basecare sets or controls.

Once you're a member, your intake, appointments, and clinician communication happen inside the Altro Health portal, linked from your Basecare account. Membership and billing questions go through Basecare; clinical questions go through your Altro Health clinician.
